How quickly can you repair a device?
Common repairs such as battery or display replacements can often be completed while you wait or on the same day when the part is in stock. For more complex faults, we confirm the proposed work first.
Do you offer device pickup and delivery?
Yes. Pickup and delivery are free within Banská Bystrica and the surrounding area. Outside the city, we use couriers throughout Slovakia.
Do you use original parts?
We prefer original parts. For some models, we also offer a high-quality premium alternative with the warranty clearly explained.
What warranty do repairs include?
We provide a warranty on both labour and parts according to the repair and part used. We always explain its duration before starting the repair.
Are diagnostics free?
Yes, basic diagnostics are free. We first identify the exact cause, explain the options and only proceed with the repair after your approval.
Can you repair older models?
Yes, depending on parts availability. If a part is unavailable or the repair does not make sense, we suggest an upgrade, device buyback or a refurbished replacement.
